TapStock
Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

The service

TapStock lets a medical office report that it is running low on drug samples by tapping an NFC tag or scanning a code in its sample closet. The pharmaceutical representative who supplies that product receives an alert and can acknowledge and fulfill the request.

Accounts

Representatives create an account with their name, mobile number, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Offices do not need an account to send requests.

SMS alerts

SMS delivery is optional and requires separate, explicit opt-in. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not close your account; alerts remain visible in your dashboard.

Acceptable use

TapStock is for coordinating legitimate drug sample restocking between medical offices and the representatives who service them. Do not use it to transmit patient information, to send unsolicited marketing, or for any unlawful purpose.

Sample accountability

TapStock is a notification tool only. It does not record lot numbers, signatures, or chain-of-custody information, and it is not a system of record for sample accountability under the Prescription Drug Marketing Act. Users remain responsible for their own compliance obligations.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for missed, delayed, or undelivered alerts, including those caused by carrier or network conditions.
