This page is publicly available for carrier and toll-free messaging review. TapStock text messages are operational stockout alerts for representatives who explicitly opt in.
Business information
Who receives messages
Pharmaceutical representatives may receive SMS alerts when a medical office they service reports that sample inventory is low. Medical office staff can request restocking without creating an account and are not enrolled in SMS alerts by using the office request flow.
Consent and opt-in
SMS consent is optional and separate from account creation. On the public account creation page, representatives can choose an unchecked SMS consent box that states: “I agree to receive SMS stockout alerts from TapStock. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Representatives can create and use a TapStock account without opting in to SMS. Start at tapstock.io/start.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies based on office activity, and message and data rates may apply.
