What we collect

For pharmaceutical representatives: name, email address, mobile phone number, and the products you carry. For medical offices: practice name, address, and the sample products stocked in that office, office contact details, and requests sent to representatives. We also store account verification, security, SMS consent, and subscription records. TapStock is not intended to collect patient information or protected health information. Do not enter patient details in requests or upload them in business-card images.

SMS messaging

If you opt in, TapStock sends you SMS alerts when an office you service reports being low on your samples. Message frequency varies based on office activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is optional and separate from account creation. You may create and use a TapStock account without opting in to text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we use your information

To deliver stockout alerts to the correct representative, to display which representative supplies a given product to an office, and to operate and support the service. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

We use Twilio for SMS, Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting and optional analytics, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for subscription payments. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe. If you use business-card scanning, the uploaded image is sent to Anthropic to extract contact details. These providers process data solely to operate TapStock on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics choices

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect office access. We save your privacy choice in your browser. Optional Vercel Web Analytics runs only if you choose Allow analytics. It measures visits to public pages; private rep and office pages, form contents, and URL query strings are excluded. It does not use advertising cookies. You can decline or withdraw permission using Privacy settings in the footer.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account data while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.
