What we collect

For pharmaceutical representatives: name, email address, mobile phone number, and the products you carry. For medical offices: practice name, address, and the sample products stocked in that office. We do not collect patient information, prescribing data, or any protected health information.

SMS messaging

If you opt in, TapStock sends you SMS alerts when an office you service reports being low on your samples. Message frequency varies based on office activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is optional and separate from account creation. You may create and use a TapStock account without opting in to text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we use your information

To deliver stockout alerts to the correct representative, to display which representative supplies a given product to an office, and to operate and support the service. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages, Supabase for data storage, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process data solely to operate TapStock on our behalf.
